124
from NFL.com's Adam Schefter: The Atlanta Falcons have traded quarterback Matt Schaub to the Houston Texans for a second-round pick in this year's draft, a second-round pick in next year's draft, and a flip flop of spots in the first round this year. Atlanta now will go to No. 8 from No. 10; Houston will go from No. 8 to No. 10.
Sperm Edwards
So the total value was about the #21 pick in the draft. Seems steep, but we'll find out soon enough if it was steep or a bargain. Atlanta made out well if they were in fact sticking with Vick come hell or high water.

If Vick goes to one of those two teams NFL Jersey sales will skyrocket.

Schaub could easily be replaced by one of those picks if needed...

The cap hit they would take for trading Vick is unbelievable, he isn't going anywhere... this year anyways
chad2colesin06=---
texans got screwed, the guy has done 0 in the nfl, i think the falcons should get an emmy for how much they hyped up schaub when there was really nothing to base it off of, this is a classic case of over hyping a player
gang_green03
Wow that's a lot to give up for Schaub. I thought it was just a 2nd round pick. Falcons got a lot more for him than I thought they would. Two 2nds and moving up to 8th is impressive. Schaub hasn't really proven anything to be worth that much.
