After signing Quinn Gray and Jared Lorenzen to push Sorgi for the right to back Peyton Manning, the Colts decided to keep two quarterbacks, and for the fourth year in a row they were Manning and Sorgi, with the newcomers being released as part of 22 transactions to reach the 53-player limit.
