Maxman
Thank God. That kid would be dead if it wasn't for that netting. I never saw anything like that before.

GimmeShelter
Be interesting to hear his story. That one security guy manhandled him at first until the kid said something to him.

GimmeShelter
Meaning you missed it Jone? In case you did, 8th inning Jete bunts, the camera from behind home plate shakes and the next thing you know they are showing a dazed but apparently ok kid who fell out of the upper deck onto the netting/screen behind home plate. The kid then had to walk up the netting amidst a standing ovation to a section of seats where security was waiting.
JonEJet
Wow Didn't see that Kid is okay???
GimmeShelter
Yeah was dazed for a minute or two holding his head but looks to be ok. There actually was a tear/hole in the netting or screen from the impact. Funny watching the Yanks on the top step of the dugout checking it all out. Thank God he appeared ok though. Maxman
I find it hard to believe he would do that on purpose. How would he know the netting would hold. He would have killed himself and a few others if it didn't. He looked very confused at first. He was afraid to move.
Thor99
That's not the first time that's happened at YS. Some drunk guy held up the game for about a half hour a couple of years ago.
TaborJet
The kid looked like he was about to throw up. He may have been drunk and just leaned over too far... I guess we'll know the real story tomorrow.
DireJet38
Looked more shocked than intoxicated. Once he gathered his bearing he marched up the netting pretty smoothly. had it been a drunken fall the ascent towards the loge would've been a lot uglier. Jet/BosoxFan
Oh dont worry...he's a Yankee fan. He'll face no criticism on this forum from the dregs of society that profess to be Yankee fans that post here. Some fan can swipe at Podsednick in plain view of everybody...get it shown on Sportscenter and Baseball Tonight, and not only do these punks NOT get on his case, they were basically giving him verbal fellatio on the thread p*ssyboy smizzy locked! Jeffery Maier, they call that little bastard a hero too. But Chris House, he deserves to swing from the gallows.
DireJet38
I root for the Yankees and that boy looked like a god damn slob out there. Embarassment to Yankee Stadium and a distraction from a playoff atmosphere game.

Jet/BosoxFan
Get ir rightfor once, Porn 'Stache...the man (not a kid) in question doesnt bother me in the slightest. I dont care about Scott Podsednick one bit. All I needed from him was to beat out Capt. Overrated for the final all star spot, which he rightly did. I took umbrage with hypocritical Yankee yahoos such as yourself who waxed lengthy about the evil Christopher House for daring to take a swipe at Garroid, which is technically a public service, and not mentioning this latest incident. In fact, a good many of you criticized the Fenway security guards and the ownership...which is even more preposterous. Now, youre all either denying it happened at all which is typical, or minimizing it as no big deal when that person should have been removed. Are you retarded, or do you just play one on Message Boards? He was going for the ball. He said it, announcers said it, Podsed-dink said it! Get over the "he should have been removed" bit. He deserved to be banned as much as you do from this board.... Wait a minute, that's not such a bad idea. I'll start a petition to get that guy permanently banned from Yankee Stadium, as long as you do the same for yourself here. Deal?
