Pitt did outplay them

Holmes had a TD lost 4 points

Sneed or sweed dropped a sure TD

Ben mismanaged a FG at 1H

Hey, Pittsburgh is just better. That FG at the end of the first half never should have happened in the first place. They kept the ball after the phantom roughing the passer penalty. It was the best thing that they didn't get the kick off.

Sweed's a baby. He messed up so he faked being injured & they took time off the clock for him acting self-absorbed like a dickhead.

Much more f'ed up than Eric Smith on Boldin. At least Smith only clocked him like that because someone else knocked Boldin's head forward. This was one-on-one.

Let's see if Goodell thinks this is less-warranted of a game suspension than Eric Smith's hit.

Goodell wont like the fact he left his feet to make the big hit.

Goodell will not suspend him for the Superbowl. it will cause a sh!t storm.

Hey, I don't think Smith should have been suspended either. But you have to call it the same for everyone. You can't say, "Well it's the superbowl in 2 weeks, so you're allowed to tee off on someone running at full speed using your helmet as a battering ram and putting a guy in the hospital."

just because he put his shoulder down, doesn't mean he led with his shoulder.

he put his head down, facemask to the ground. if you have watched the league this year, that is not only a penalty but a fineable offense.

Exactly. As we have learned this year, its not what your intent was, its what the result was. Sadly it was helmet to helmet with the defender launching himself into the receiver.

That should be a suspension.

Of course Simms thinks it was clean. He's a Steelers suck-up and wants to be Big Ben's buttercup. Steelers are a dirty team with big mouths.

Steelers will be HUGE favorites going into the SB. My only hope is that Wisenhunt (who should know the Pitt schemes) outsmarts that slarmy looking Tomlin.

Heh at least he has played

I felt it was a clean hit, vicious but clean.

yeah, like 20 years ago. the game is called much different these days, its not even comparable. the guy has no idea what he is talking about.

it was not clean in the slightest, you felt wrong.

what at that point Mcgahee was like a RB not a defenseless WR

this is football, he launched with shoulder and will not be fined.
