Schotty will control the offense and play calling. Ryan will work on game control, overseeing the offense and specials but will be involved Pettine on defense. How the hell can you be a genius with defense without being an expert on offenses? And visa versa? It is called Xs and Os. Not X or O. Of course he will get involved in the offense.
