No more CJ and Powell gets a decent offer to join BUF, bolts. 4th: Z. Smith, OLB... Edge rusher who could probably make an impact year 1 5th: N. Boyle, TE... perfect compliment to Jace 6th: Harvin trade (who's released) 7th: T. Williams, NT... plays in on 30 technique downs, tho i think Bowles will field a lot 40. FTR - I'm expecting FA to be secondary heavy, so we didn't do anything in the draft to address that department.

If the draft fell that way, I would probably prefer to pick Flowers or Andrus Peat. I know it's not a sexy pick, but the Jets picked Brick at number 4 and he has been solid for almost a decade now. I'm surprised you have Leonard WIlliams and Randy Gregory dropping that far. I'm a little nervous about picking Clemmings in round 2 after the week he had at the Senior Bowl. I like the rest of your draft a lot. I especially like Z. Smith, a former basketball player whose best football may be ahead of him.
Beerfish
I only have a couple of beefs with the main 1st round mock. DGB to Frisco, I see them being character gun shy after Aldon Smith. When teams feel real pain from player character issues they seem to stress character for a few years afterwards. Gurley to Indy, The just felt the pain of the trade for Richardson and have seen their best backs being lower tier guys. When teams get burnt on a mover like that they are less likely to make that kind of pick imo.
AVM
That Terry Williams of ECU? Huge SOB...just manhandled the olines for VT and UNC in those wins, stayed in trouble (mostly academics) though, and did get hurt. Similar to Kris Jenkins in that when he's on the field, he's a beast.
Paradis
couple thoughts; You're right about SF, beer... It's a pick that wasn't feeling strong about, but given the run on lineman before SF, the fact that they'll go into 2015 minus crabby (and maybe Davis) I thought, ya - lets do it. I read somewhere that he'll interview well. Good kid, wrong environment growing up - kind of thing. Will mature. If the Jets picked Flowers, i'd be OK with it... so long as i hear Strong/Hardy's name later. Don't think Gregory is all that and a donut. I have injury concerns. Beer, T-rich will not make a team shy away from Gurley. IND needs a capable back... and he's the best one since peterson IMO
patman
Davis to the Pats is solid, they will be moving away from Vince and his 8.5m cap hit. But why no Malcom Brown who is my preference in the first ? If Gurley lasts till Indy he is a lock there Beckham to me is too risky for SF, after Aldon Smith and McDonald, Maybe Armstead there to slide into Justin Smith's spot. That is kind of early for Perryman and Misi is solid there. Starks and Oldrik may be gone, my guess is that Dline or Oline to keep Tannihill upright is a much bigger need. Patrick Willis may be cut, do you think the jets would pounce.

If I pick a receiver besides Cooper at 6, it will be Kevin White not Parker.
Patriot Killa
Solid. I truthfully don't think T.J Clemmings lasts till the second round. And if Kevin White is one the board I would take him. Pure #1 wide out.
