nj meadowlands
This has nothing to do with Herm's decision This is all on the Jets Herm can do NOTHING. He's under contract for 2 years. The Jets can just sit back and wait until either next year or the year after. Terry Bradway can end this in one step by getting up and saying NOT INTERESTED HERM IS THE COACH. However, indications are that the Jets are giving permission. If they give permission, it is an indication that Woody wants him out. If they don't want him to go there would be no discussion. madmike1
you don't want an unhappy head coach on your hands. they can't give herm an extention so if he wants out and you get compinsation then so be it.

Scott Dierking
fatboy's right.. The matter that he is "not good enough" is moot. The matter IS, that he is currently under contract, you obviously want him very badly, please renumerate us with compensation based upon previous deals that head coaches were surrendered while under contract. The protocol exists and is there for everyone to base a deal off of. Beauty is in teh eye of the beholder. Obviously, Herm is Pam Anderson to the Chiefs, now they have to pay to sleep with him. Perfect analogy. Anderson has hepatitis C which you would probably contract after sleeping with her. Then you would realize that you weren't getting as good a deal as you thought you were when you had a major chubby for her. Hmm..

Savage69
I agree with Hermie..When he went 6-10 he got a Raise and a extention! So he feels going 4-12 he should get a bigger raise and extention! Hell 0-16 would make him equal partners with Woody!!

Green DNA
Quick question....Who wins in a foot race....Cannizzaro or Francesca? Tough call. I envision a relay race. The two fat bastards run the first leg and their respective ambulance drivers race the final leg to the emergency room.
