Classic Bit; out to lunch.

To take that even one step further, no one's too high in this draft. Putting Derrick Henry in the top 10 is too high. Or Willie Beavers... Myles Jack at 5 isn't too high. You're high.

RE: draft, it's not bad - feels pretty routine with some teams. PHI just resigned Bradford, so Lynch may not be their target.

There are 2 premium QBs (Wentz and Goff), 2 premium LTs (Tunsil and Stanley), 2 pass rushers (Buckner and Bosa) and 2 DBs (Hargreaves and Ramsey).

The best MLB in the draft probably goes after the more valuable positions. There's also talk of Elliot in the top 5, i don't believe that either.

How much you wanna bet? I'd gladly take you out for dinner and not call you again. I don't mean to sound like an a-hole, but when i read Jack too high at 5, it's really hard to take you seriously

what's the bet, that Jack goes top 5?

by the way I like this player but with the injuries and not playing a valued position he just seems like a candidate to drop.

put it another way how does he justify a top 5 pick? by getting 130 tackles a year?

Myles Jack is the second highest rated player in the draft, behind Tunsil.

A perennial pro bowl type player who can tackle, and cover.  Patrick Willis was drafted at 8 overall I believe; this kid can play linebacker just as good AND cover receivers.

We should hope our brain trust has the balls to move up and get him, and unless Ramsey is still on the board, he's not getting past the Ravens at 6. That makes him top-5 worthy.

I said this on another forum, I think Jack is being overrated.  People love him but the production is not there.  His tackles and tackles for loss are nothing special, 1 sack in his career.  The last guy that was lauded for being able to 'cover' as a LB was Dion Jordan.

Yeah but. Have you SEEN him cover? He moves like a safety.

Stats suck when you only play 3 games in one season. I like his passes defensed stats.

That is exactly what they said about Jordan, hey he can cover!  Look at his production outside of his injury year.  1 career sack and his tackle stats are not sure impressive.  I want my LB's to make tackles and get sacks, its a happy addition if they can cover but the other parts come 1st in my books.
