Lupz27 Posted May 19, 2016 Author Share Posted May 19, 2016 I've torn both my meniscus, left when I was 18, had no insurance so let it heal, took 2 years to stop slipping out, and swelling. Right when I was 28, complete tear, needed surgery, was playing hockey, they had me rehabbing the day after surgery, I was fine for the following hockey season no ill effects, I'm not a world class athlete with the best medical staff at my disposal, he should be fine as long as he gets it repaired, rehabbing will take to long to get full function, and he would play year 1 at less then 100%.
