Didn't Carter get the most or 2nd most money of any UDFA we signed?  If so, Carter has the edge for now.

I think both have a decent chance of making it.

EDIT:  Nope, looks like Huff got more in guaranteed coin.  75K to 50K.  Pretty negligible difference though.

25K is peanuts in the long run in an NFL career, but when I was 20/21....might as well be a Gillion dollars!!

I think Carter is slightly more likely but there’s a good chance both make it. Edge has more need for a starter but also has more depth. There is very little depth at safety, Carter can play some corner as well, and is apparently a really bright dude - think all of those work strongly in his favor. Huff has a great chance too but there are a bunch of backup type edge rushers on the roster he’ll be competing with.

Which highly-regarded undrafted free agent is more likely to make the Jets Active Roster in 2020?
Yes, they could both make the roster or they could both not make the roster, but which one is more likely to make it?

Shyhiem Carter is unimpressive to me. Very poor tackler and poor ball tracker. Bad angles. I think he’s someone who will be on the practice squad for a while if they even keep him.

Bryce huff on the other hand needs some training but man is that guy impressive. I see him having a legit shot to make the active roster this season.
