Bless you....Thank you
I spent my first 30 years in nyc and my last 12 in Florida. Most people who grew up in Nyc enjoy the struggle because they dont know any better. Florida (or any southern state) is friggin paradise

When the oil and gas industry and IBM left in the 70's things went downhill pretty fast and crime skyrocketed. If the banks vacate (and they can go anywhere) NY could have a rough 10 years or so. People are leaving pretty fast as it is. Sure definitely can happen. tech companies can go anywhere but they aren’t building offices in Mississippi etc. they are really moving into nyc to ofset the banks. Nothing to do, no jobs, bankrupt state governments but hey you can buy a house for $100k because no one wants to live there! Florida is great if your are very wealthy to save money on taxes

I almost feel bad for them when he inevitably bails after his first contract is up. Trevor in Jax is as big a waste of a young superstar in a nothing market as Ja Morant in Memphis. The leagues and those players are losing millions by having them play in small cities that no one gives a rats ass about. Don't be shocked if the Jags officially try to move to London in a couple years

JohnnyLV
TL said he would play for the Jets. It would be hysterical of he refused to play for Jacksonville. Unlikely, but still.
