I spent my first 30

years in nyc and my last 12 in Florida. 
 

Most people who grew up in Nyc enjoy the struggle because they dont know any better.

tech companies can go anywhere but they aren’t building offices in Mississippi etc.  they are really moving into nyc to ofset the banks.

Rural areas do have opportunities and jobs it’s just different types of jobs.
