What if every bit of information you know about this case came from the Buzbee camp and literally all of the people who have access to information beyond what is publicly available have immediately hand-waved this case?

The 22 active civil suits allege Watson forced two women to perform oral sex, ejaculated on three women and in front of three others, groped four women and kissed another woman unprompted upon arrival for a massage appointment. Eighteen of the 22 active suits accuse Watson of inappropriately touching women with his penis during massage therapy sessions.

I am part of no problem.  I have been doing the Bauer thing for decades now.  When i hook up with a broad from the internet, for fun, pay or barter, i get every thing she is into via email or text, so there is no issue of consent.

Then the Buzbee team, in my eyes, did a damn good job because I have yet to see anything from Rusty Hardin other than “Deshaun did have sexual relations with these woman, but it was consensual.” aka the Kobe Bryant defense.  Buzbee, on the flip side, leaked messages from Deshaun apologizing to these woman the day after their encounters, which Deshaun promptly deleted, not knowing that Instagram leaves a “message deleted” notification behind.  He may be an eccentric lawyer with questionable tactics, but so is Rusty Hardin. 

Sexual assault is notoriously hard to prove because, even in cases containing a rape kit, it boils down to “he said - she said”, and history has shown us that it is more likely to fail the victims.  Since it comes down to that, I’m rolling with the belief that 22 women didn’t fake messages, manage to collude with one another, come up with a story that they all could memorize, and play it perfect so that it didn’t all come crashing down.

Did they accept tips above the price agreed upon prior to the session?  If they took the money, then they were already compensated and there is no need for any settlements.
