JetNation
New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh met with the media in Orlando today and addressed concerns about his coaching staff, some changes to how the Jets offensive line prepares, the availability of Aaron Rodgers and more. Saleh was asked about maligned offensive line coach Keith Carter and had the coach’s back. Saleh said he has faith in Carter, but interestingly enough said that sometimes “messaging can get lost in the tone”, suggesting some issues with Carter come from the way he communicates with his players. Carter, according so Saleh is “working on” that issue. When asked if he would be adding another coach to his offensive staff as reported by The Athletic, Saleh said the team would move forward with no new additions. It sounded as if the Jets had interest, but perhaps given their situation it was not mutual? All of this and more in the video above. The post Robert Saleh Meets with Press, Addresses Coaching Staff Concerns, Rodgers Availability appeared first on JetNation.com - New York Jets Blog & Forum.Click here to read the full story... varjet
Saleh knows he is done on the Jets. JD appears to be saving himself. Saleh has to put the work in to drive the Jets to contention and stop politicking. I am not seeing change with Saleh. Everyone has their own style, and if you win you can get away with a lot. Saleh matches not winning with questionable traits. It is not a good combination. He sounds like a teenager. No successful person talks like that. "Do the best you can", "Tries my best" "Tries real hard".. all phrases that can't be measured. Saleh is a fraud.
