Randy Lange, of the Bergen Record, reports Texas QB Vince Young's visit with the New York Jets "went real well," according to Young's agent, Major Adams. Jets offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer put Young through a chalkboard period and a workout, which lasted 90 minutes each. "Vince liked it," said Adams. "The Jets' offense is similar in terminology to what they ran at Texas, so he was comfortable with it. And I think he answered any questions the Jets might have had. He was very accurate and had great velocity on the ball."

I don't think Young is even a consideration, and most people on this board agree.

Shottenheimer attended the workout without Tangini.
