124 Posted May 30, 2005 Share Posted May 30, 2005 Stupid as hell. I hate the Devils being a Ranger fan but here in Jersey all you hear about is the Devils, since, well, the Rangers suck . You can't change a franchises name like that. Just like you can't change the Washington Redskins or the Atlanta Braves, storied franchies who have so much history and have always had those names. People are stupid to think that they can change a franchises name, and the Devils is such a cool name! If any sports teams name should be changed it should be the New York Knicks (I'm a Knicks fan). 1st off, what the hell is a Knickerbocker? It's ducth pants!! What the hell is that?
