"Golden Girl" Rue McClanahan died

Recommended Posts

Another actor passed away. Maybe not as famous as Dennis Hopper or Gary Coleman. RIP Rue.

NEW YORK (AP) -- Rue McClanahan, the Emmy-winning actress who brought the sexually liberated Southern belle Blanche Devereaux to life on the hit TV series "The Golden Girls," has died. She was 76.

Her manager Barbara Lawrence said McClanahan died Thursday at 1 a.m. of a stroke.

She's in yellow.

Damn wow, I was at the doctor's office yesterday and over heard two women talking about her and how she was doing better.

What a shame, R.I.P.

I still watch Golden Girls from time to time.
