You can get an app for CVS and have them print this for like 99 cents. You should and frame it. Maybe an 8 x 10 or something a little bigger? My daughter uses is all the time with the baby. And she's only 12. She does whatever on her phone, I drop her off at CVS with like 5 bucks and she comes out with some really nice quality prints. It appears that a "pointillism" effect was applied to it, in effect recreating it with thousands and thousands of tiny colored dots. I actually used to do some illustration work like this, it takes hours, but it's a great technique for people that like some realism in their work but want their to be the presence of some sort of brush effect. Not necessarily a brush stroke though. You might recognize the style from this Probably the most famous / recognizable pointillism piece there is. It appears that a "pointillism" effect was applied to it, in effect recreating it with thousands and thousands of tiny colored dots. I actually used to do some illustration work like this, it takes hours, but it's a great technique for people that like some realism in their work but want their to be the presence of some sort of brush effect. I'd guess he did something to the image, because a good camera will capture the rain fall, it won't make it look like this.
