southparkcpa
Chin up - we'll make the playoffs this year. Not great but a lot better than what we've done over the past 15 years NOPE...look at the Chiefs schedule, look at the Steelers schedule. The FAT lady is in the green room. Not great but a lot better than what we've done over the past 15 years Yes, the Bills will make the playoffs. That was the best defensive game plan that Brady has faced since the Giants in the Super Bowl. Do you think Brady is out of bed yet? Bills knocked the $hit out of him. dbatesman
I was watching his post-game presser. The Bills beat guys were tearing him up about playing Tyrod while he was clearly hurt and about the penalties. Zero chucklefest softballs lobbed up like he had in NY with Kim Martin, Cannizaro, and Manish kissing his ass after every game. That dude lives for approval and Buffalo is already on to him. It's going to end so poorly for him there. Mehta and Martin still openly--openly--root for him. Try checking their respective Twitter feeds anytime the Bills and Jets aren't counterprogrammed. It's disgraceful.

BowlesMovement
I think our defense played a really good game. Our fans are pretty upset with our offense but I think, other than last night, they've been doing pretty good. This is how it all starts. Many fans will LOVE Rex for his personality and his "ability" to call a good defensive game every once in a while, and blame the offense for not doing enough to win the game. Next, fans will start to blame the OC, and hate the OC for failing Rexy boy, and saying, if Rex only had an offense, he would win multiple super bowls. Then, the OC gets fired, and people will start to hate the QB's, and blame the QB's for Rexy boy not winning multiple super bowls, he is a defensive mastermind afterall. Then, the blame will get shifted to the GM, who is failing Rex by not bringing in the right players for Rexy boy not winning the super bowl, and wasting his defensive genius. Then some fans will open their eyes, and realize Rex is nothing special on defense, and needs talent just like any other DC, and so blatantly ignores and hampers the O because he only cares about his perception as a D mastermind, and not really his team or as a HC, and the fans will fight. It will be the Rexcuses vs. the fans who see the reality. You are in for some fine times over the next years. Enjoy this year and next, because it is going to get bad after that, really, really bad. You're right about our fans blaming the OC. I think this is unfair. Our O Line has played really well this year (until the Patriots game). Really disappointed that Watkins couldn't get any yardage - Patriots really covered him well.
