Fred Jetstone
I'm having trouble shaking this loss off? I'm considering turning to drugs, alcohol and prostitutes to ease my pain. Bollywood came in and played with confidence and f*** you-style moxie. I knew he would. The fans were all behind him. I knew they'd come around. Someone on JN started a thread called "Jetstone was right". The front of JI says "Say Hello to Bollywood". There are threads on TGG asking about the "Bollywood" name and saying everytime Bolly completed a pass their family and friends would jump up and yell "Boollywood" I'm friggin depressed though. I wanted that win. Why should Quentin Jammer get so lucky that a winning TD pass that he can't even see hits his elbow? Why could't McCareins adjust to that over-the-shoulder catch? Why the dumb-ass Hermyhumpy-ass play calling, 1st and goal from the 3? Why does Herm keep trying to blame Bollywood's height for his own idiocy? Why was Joel Dressen mismatched against the DE and expected to proctect....? Forget it. Pointless. I wanted that win. Now I'm turning to hard liquor and drugs. I'll see ya when I see ya. ps: Bollywood better start next week. Or else.

Bob
I'm considering turning to drugs, alcohol I've been sure from the start that you were VERY familiar with both. Bollinger still sucks, btw - just less than an injured dinosaur in a #16 jersey.

johnny green balls
i've come around to brooks-- at this point we have nothing to lose so testaverde has outlived his utility however i hope herm lists vinny as the starter so carolina doesn't know what to expect. probably wishing for too much though to expect "the genius" to come up with such a strategy. i just fear that if an opposing team develops a game plan around stopping the jets and brooks he'll be completely ineffectual. after preparing all week to play against "the statue," SD was clearly unprepared to defend against a scrambler. Bollinger still sucks, btw - just less than an injured dinosaur in a #16 jersey. He's also better than Chad Pennington post-op. C'mon, Bollywood wouldn't have fumbled 6 times en route to a 27-7 loss against KC.
Fred Jetstone
Anybody who doesn't agree that Bollywood.... a) was ready when called upon provided a spark c) played with moxie d) played with a get-it-in-the-endzone attitude e) showed toughness on the ooops-forgot-to-block-that guy sacks f) put a little scare into the Chargers D g) energized & inspired the crowd ....anyone who doesn't agree with this is FLATOUT INSANNE!!!!! PETROCK
justin macareins, that nobody who stupid jet fans annointed as savior, lost the game for us. I used to be a fan of Justin Macareins, but he's proven to me that in pressure situations, he catches for sh!t. IMO if it were anyone else, Chrebet, Coles, Baker, and maybe even Jolley, that ball would have been caught for a TD. Time to bench his ass. The Gun Of Bavaria
Jetstone. A few of us at the post-game tailgate feared that you would crash the server after Bolly's game. Glad to see it is up or at least repaired in time.
R44
justin macareins, that nobody who stupid jet fans annointed as savior, lost the game for us. either way fred dont brag. we did lose so whats the difference DK, remember in the spring of 2004 when we were like the only posters at JI that claimed McCariens was nothing super special, despite fans predictions that he was he a budding superstar? It was like the 2 of us, against 1,000 rabid Justin fans He is with the Jets what he was with Tennessee (except with more playing time).....He's basically a solid receiver, that looks the part of a star and gets a lot of yards per catch. But when the game is on the line he either drops the ball or disappears....He's the ultimate 750 yard receiver per season, paid like a star. Anybody who REALLY watched him in Tennessee saw that he always fell short of his lofty expectations. BTY, don't be surprised to see his brother with the Jets next season. Jay McCareins likely won't be drafted, despite having a great season, so Herm and Justin will badger Bradway to sign him as a rookie free agent. http://goprincetontigers.collegesports.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/mccareins_jay00.html

dickkotite
Looks like great defense to me. dude, on that play jammer got lucky. he didnt even know the ball was coming. it hit the back of his arm. it wont happen all the time, but really good wr's will reach over and make the grab, especially if the defenders eyes arent on the ball and have no idea whats happening. BUT im not even talking about THAT play. JMac had a sure td in his hands which he dropped earlier. when will you people get it through your thick green skulls that you can never challenge the riggins/kotite fottball wisdom tandem? oh wait make that the kotite/riggins team

I'm over the loss, no need to dwell on it. It was Edwards fault. The Panther game will be a legit whistle-to-whistle start for Bollywood. Whole new season, whole new attitude, whole new Jets. The room was completely black, I hugged her and she hugged back. Like a sailor said quote: Ain't that a hole in a boat? My head keeps spinnin', I go to sleep and keep grinnin' If this is just the beginnin' My life is gonna be beautiful. I've sunshine enough to spread, It's just like the fella said.
