Plaxico Burress: 4 receptions, 72 yards, 1 TD. Ready for the Raiders.

Braylon Edwards: 4 receptions, 48 yards, 0 TD's. Injured.

Santonio Holmes: 9 receptions, 112 yards, 1 TD. Ready for week 3 against the Raiders.

But yet, during the entire offseason, we've read thread after thread on how the Jets front office dropped the ball on this one, and that Braylon Edwards should have been signed long term ahead of Santonio Holmes and or we should have signed Braylon Edwards long term, instead of going after Plaxico Burress etc, etc.

Jerricho Cotchery: 0 receptions, 0 yeards, 0 TD's. Inactive.

Derrick Mason: 4 receptions, 26 yards, 0 TD's. Ready for the Raiders this Sunday.

Mason hasn't done much, but he's done more than Jerricho.

Thank god for Mike Tannenbaum

Well I actually agree with your premise but judging based on two weeks is a bit premature.

Edit: This post in no way is a reflection or indication that I am in any way an authority on all things premature.
