PatriotReign37
You are pathetic and dumb to boot. Berman's decision had NOTHING to do with the evidence. It had everything to do with lack of notice to the players about the cosequences of tampering with the equipment and the piss-poor inconsistent procedural elements of this situation. Keep talking yourself into thinking that Brady didn't cheat and lie about it. Newsflash: He did. On October 23, 2014, three days before a Sunday game against the Chicago Bears, Jastremski and McNally exchanged the following messages: Jastremski:Cant wait to give you your needle this week McNally: **** tom....make sure the pump is attached to the needle.....****in watermelons coming Jastremski:So angry McNally: The only thingdeflating sun..is his passing rating The next day, October 24, 2014, Jastremski and McNally exchanged the following messages : Jastremski: I have a big needle for u this week McNally: Better be surrounded by cash and newkicks....or its a rugby sunday McNally: **** tom Jastremski: Maybe u will have some nice size 11s in ur locker McNally: Tom must really be working your balls hard this week I am not arguing that Bermans ruling dealt with the protocol for suspension per the CBA numbnuts. Berman also added that there was no smoking gun proving that Brady ordered the AFCC balls deflated proving how scatterbrained the NFLs case is against Brady. Rangers9
I couldn't think of a better holiday gift than for Brady to get what he deserves. It's not always possible to find a smoking gun. NEP fans will point to the smallest crack in the case which is exactly what his lawyers are doing. But this case reeks in valid circumstantial evidence something Berman didn;'t go into. Kind of tired of the lawyers running the asylum. Let the Commish discipline the players as per the agreement. I have no problem if he wants to give Sheldon a few more games. He deserves it. And that's the difference between our fan bases. We won't defend our players transgressions like they do.
bostonmajet
NFL suspended Brady for 4 games. That was overturned in a Federal court of law. In any court trial, you are either found guilty or innocent. Brady was never suspended nor fined for any wrongdoing. If your are found guilty in a court of law, there are consequences to always be paid. Brady has paid absolutely nothing. He was found innocent. First of all, there is a difference to not guilty and innocent; you are almost never declared innocent (unless they find the 'real' culprit and realize there was a mistake). If you win, you are not guilty - which btw doesn't mean you didn't do it, it could mean they couldn't prove it. Secondly, the appeal wasn't about the merits of the case (guilty or not) it was about the process and whether Goodell could have suspended him in the way that he did. Nothing about guilt or lack of evidence. It is like you are convicted of murder, but your punishment is that they stone you to death. In this country the court would appeal the penalty regardless of the guilt. But, you already know this - you cannot be this dense. just trolling I guess... As well as by a monumental gift in the "Tuck Rule" game. good for them ... But if they dispute the * they are full of $h*t
