Wilkerson is a joke. The guy has 2.5 sacks in 9 games. He got paid, so he has checked out.

People were angry about Wilk not getting the extension until last offseason too.  You'd think he was JJ Watt times ten the way people were screaming about him getting a $100 million extension

There you go. Cant blame a GM for making a move that was considered positive at the time. That's called hindsight and it is unfair

Unless he knew, or should have known, that Mo was an issue in the lockerroom (showing up late to meetings etc..). There is no way Obrien needs to talk to Watt about commitment.

+1

Maccagnan knew he was a douchebag who created issues and rewarded him anyway. The fans had no idea. That is the hindsight (for those who were even in favor of extending him in the first place).

Fans liked the Harris re-signing, the Cromartie re-signing, the Revis re-signing, the Mo extension, keeping Ferguson after a bad 2014 season, re-signing Fitzpatrick. Perhaps we need someone better than fans merely applaud any recognized-name signing.
