Rams got Goff, Eagles got Wentz. Both paid out the butt, But, they got their franchise QB. And they both playing lights out and moving in right direction. Second, packaging picks to get a bonafide franchise QB prevents Mac from wasting all these picks on terrible choices like Lee, 2 safeties, Hack, Devin Smith. That’s 2 ones and 3 two’s right there wasted on the way. Make the trade and stop dicking around ?. At worst, Bowles sits him for 2 years, they fail to improve and both these numb nuts get fired and our franchise QB is ready. So if it’s so no brainer....why would Cleveland or the Giants make the trade? Yeah, just stop, really.

Never say never. And who knows what will transpire. We are talking about the Browns and the Giants may stick with Eli and give him the help he needs. jetscrazey
A smart franchise would get an offensive-minded HC in here and trade up for Darnold or Rosen. The Jets are not a smart franchise.

The teams at the top of the draft will almost certainly either take a QB themselves or trade their pick for a boatload of assets. We’re not just going to have the pick of the litter of QBs without trading up Either we trade up or some other team will
Hitman Harris
LOL Jets have no guts to move up are you crazy??? We are talking about a bunch of quitters here who want to pick from the garbage pile so they have an excuse to keep their unwarranted jobs. It's gonna be a DL or CB at pick 6. And the dude will be average as hell.
maury77
If Maccagnan decides that Rosen is his guy (and Mogglez's prior posts seem to indicate that this is the case), I think a trade up becomes likely. 1) If Tony Pauline (who has historically been pretty accurate) is right, John Dorsey doesn't want Rosen at number 1. 2) There are a lot of indications that the Giants do not want to select a QB at the top of the draft. If they want to build up the line, they can swap picks with the Jets, accumulate additional picks, and select McGlinchey at 6.
