With the NY vax rule and the amount of Mets and Yankees not available for home games- can they play their home games elsewhere?

Really made no sense to force the players to be vaccinated when fans don't have to be. This was overdue and definitely needed to be changed.

Just shows the real pecking order in NYC sports. The Nets, which have about as much gravitas as the Arizona Coyotes do, have been trying to get this law amended for months, and basically got laughed at. The Yankees get involved, and it's done in 1 week. Speaks volumes.

Unvaccinated baseball players are expected to miss their teams' games against the Toronto Blue Jays -- and the salary and service time that come with them -- after the league and union agreed that Canadian entry rules would preclude them from playing there. The Yankees play 10 games in Toronto this season.

We'll see if Kyrie still sits and puts his money where his mouth is. I doubt it.
