OK... here's the question.  GB receiver makes catch at the goal line.  Ball breaks the plane when his first foot comes down, but is back in the field of play when his second foot comes down.  TD or no TD?

But don't you have to complete the catch  first?  If that happens on the boundary, the ball comes back.  You don't get credit for forward progress.
