Your microbiome.  

Eat fermented foods first thing (unless SIBO) which will promote good enzymes via pre/pro-biotics and fiber.   This is the best way to restore your microbiome and digestive system. 

Lastly, insulin resistance is your worst enemy.  Avoid fructose by all means!

I appreciate these posts btw.  And I do eat fermented foods.  (Not sure what SIBO means though tbh).  I try to eat non-GMO as much as I can too, btw.
