Maxman
I think rain is a good thing for the Jets. Thomas Jones is a mudder. And anything that slow down the Cards receivers is a good thing.

Maxman
Too bad there is no mud on turf. Just wet tire rubber. A true mudder doesn't require mud to be at his best. Thomas Jones hits the hole like a mudder on Sunny days.
Sperm Edwards
Thomas Jones is a mudder. Is Favre the fadder? Regardless, he hasn't looked as good as his brudder so far this year.

Larz
anyone remember the jets/ ravens game when vinny t was the ravens QB ? torrential downpours for the whole game total suckage
war ensemble
Raining would be GREAT for the team, as much as it might suck tailgating, etc. Our receivers are suited more for possession than speed. We don't have that burner as much as we have great route runners, so it could be good for the wide receivers. The Cards would be at much more of a loss with their speedy receivers. Thomas Jones performs better in the rain, probably because he plays like he's always in it. Should be fun.

3sixes
I`ll be at home. Got the grill in the garage, 57" of HDTV in the family room and 2 cases of beer(Blue Moon White Belgian Ale/Bass Ale). About 10 lbs. of wings, fresh mozzarella/tomato salad, burgers/dogs and some lamb kebabs. I look forward to staying home these days. You all have a great time though and when Arizona has the ball and it`s 3rd. 10+, shut up! Seems everytime the Jets fans get loud on 3rd. and long, they give up a half yard more than they should have.

And I never cheer on 3rd down anymore. Every time I do we give up the 1st. When I sit on my hands we stop them.
NY JETS 29
looks like we may get by with no rain at kickoff, just going by what i just saw on TV, either way i feel its an advantage for this team w the rain, but i'm sure all your tailgaters aren't too happy. Jetkid94
The last game I remember that we played in very bad conditions for the whole game was in newengland in 06 when we won. im sure weve played games in the rain since then, but those conditions were just horrible. Ghost
I just seriously hope we don't lose. We can't start 1-3 in the AFC, this was a game I picked out to win in order for us to go 12-4.
