Stuff I wanna see in the NL this year

I did not lose any argument. In fact I completely kicked your a$$. You're just too stupid to realize it.

Unlike you, I spelled all of the words correctly too.

You also forgot to put a comma after "correctly" and before "too." It should read as "Unlike you, I spelled all the words correctly, too."

I like how the NL has the DH and the AL doesn't. I like the strategy that comes involved when the pitcher hits, but I also like the improved quality of play that comes in with the designated hitter.

You know??

That was well put.

Maybe it's OK to have both going on.

Adds another dimension to the WS when they change parks.

I agree with it. It's the only thing left that separates the leagues. If the DH is established in both leagues, then there's really no reason why the AL and the NL shouldn't play against each other more often than just during the 2 weeks or so of interleague play.

I like having AL managers with DH's who are amazing hitters but terrible fielders need to make decisions as to whether or not to play them. That gives the NL a little more of a home field advantage during the WS. Plus, the AL pitchers can't hit worth a damn. Of course, when the AL is playing at home, the NL team usually doesn't have a great hitter that they can use as the DH, which gives the AL an advantage.

I like it.

One more thing I wouldn't mind seeing in the NL this year........The Nationals make the postseason.

There's a lot of Expos fans up here that are now Nationals fans and that's pretty cool. I'm joining them in cheering on the Nats this fall. The team has been through so much and somehow remain competitive.

They are going to find the ride real tough to get in. I think they do not have a legit chance, although there is time. If any of these contenders reels off 7-8 in a row, they will take over.

Well, I kind of lost interest in it. Your assessment of me was pretty funny. Wrong, but funny.

BTW - explain this quote to me: "Bob, the next time you insult my work ethic will be your last." You threatening me, Internet tough guy? What, exactly do you plan to do?

Interesting, but if you AREN'T a hater of the youth of American then why do you insult them on a whim? If you aren't a prick, then why do you act like one on this board?

I suppose YOU are the internet "tough guy" after all. One who makes fun of teenagers despite having no reason to get up in the morning. Oh, except to trim and brush your porn 'stache, I suppose.
