Jetscode1
Seriously, how many of you were searching for that unicorn? Rare...very rare indeed.
Panzer Division Marduk
A sign of the decay of North Korea since Kim Jong-Il died. If he was still alive, the news would have been about how he singlehandedly rescued the species from extinction, and that his Unicorn Breeding Program at the Pyongyang People's Cryptozoology Institute has plans to send examples to zoos all over the world, after forming an elite People's Army Unicorn Cavalry division. Or something.

Larz
Then what did they mean? "This is an unfortunate mistranslation of a legendary horse (called "girin" in Korean, and the same name has been used for a giraffe when that was introduced to the East by Zheng He) that supposedly has a holy man, or a king as its rider. The king often becomes a mythical figure as well as his horse. In other words, a typical news agency would have said used the word "horse", but North Korea believes itself to be a resurgence of the ancient Goguryeo (aka Koguryo) kingdom, and often forgets to close the linguistic gap during translation." kelticwizard
I wonder what Koguryo imagery that Korean news agency would employ to announce that their new leader was getting treatment for VD.
