First you looked at Mish, but ultimately decided she wasn’t lying to you. Then you looked at Leelou. She claimed that she could tell if someone was lying or not, so you let her go, too. Then, one at a time, all eyes turned to 80. And he cracked under pressure. “All right, you got me. I’ll admit to killing the lead singer. I was always jealous of his voice, and wanted to take his place.” “But you can’t sing,” Leelou reminded him “So? I still wanted to be him.” And 80 began to sob. As Verbal prepared the noose to lynch this known killer, 80 took out a knife and stabbed himself. “Aha! I win!” he chortled. And y’all watched as the wound closed up and he continued to live.
