Meanwhile the Bucs and Giants upgrade their OC's to HC. The NFL is painfully boring and lacking creativity in coaching hires these days. Let's hope Hue Jackson's approach using a heavy amount of analytics works well in Cleveland, ushering in some change to this stale-a$$ league. The question that looms is who's going to be the first organization to start consistently winning without a max player at the QB position and is it actually possible with the salary cap.
