If you recall, I thought Smash was town last game, which is why I was basically defending him. So, obviously I don't personally endorse this tell, but I do know JIF holds it near and dear to his heart.

Smash's reticent toward Day 1 is well known and most of the time when we call him on it he adjusts and post more.  Last game he did not add commentary and we lynched him.  Yeah town. This is a different game.  JiF says he wants to cut him a break.  OK.  Smash has not received the heat like he did last game but if we did vote him maybe he would post more or maybe he rolls over in the hopes to change a meta.  Either way I don't see this argument gaining traction.

Btw, lengthier deadlines hurt scum more than than town.  Especially in a game where there's not going to be any random lynches, per the rules.

I see it as the town gets too distracted from the weekend activities/alcohol usage that we come back on Monday when nobody posted to rush a vote on the person who posted most over the weekend.  Just keep it sometime Friday.

Its been pretty clear over the years when I suspect someone (right or wrong)  I will go after them with the heat of 1000 suns  I'm reading the thread and I will post when I deem necessary if I have to post nonsense to appease you and 80 and JC like I have for the last 4 games I wont bother playing. This is my style and always has been for the most part yet you clowns now use this as a scum tell and relentlessly come after me with no basis and force me into a deadline lynch. Then you're missing the point.

It didn't become a thing until I made the observation out loud, and then JIF almost immediately tried to provide an explanation for it, but without directly addressing my observation. He tried to pass it off, without acknowledging me, so it didn't come off like a defense, or excuse. IMO

Not seeing Smash, Ape, or Pac as scum here. Not liking Lily, JC, JiF and DPR. 80, is on the fringe of not liking. Everyone else I need to read closer to get a good read on. I'm going to try for some more concrete reads later tonight, but realistically it will be tomorrow night. I'm waiting to hear info on my uncle, who is currently receiving brain surgery.

I was actually enjoying your change in meta this game...then you revert to this...an attempt to convince town of someone's guilt using your own past interaction...when you do this...and you've used this tactic with me often...I think of the Texan who fires some gunshots into his barn and then paints a target centered on the tightest cluster of his hits and claims he's a sharpshooter.

Andrej seems to have disappeared, but I don't know his schedule. If Crusher goes more emo I'll start to worry. Smash is Smash. But more than anyone, 80's game has changed the most for me. I'm very interested in the reason for his vote.

I voted Pac because he used "Ampullea of Lorenzini" and besides watching too much shark week, he tends to lean toward the sarcastic when he's scum.
