He was an assistant with GB for 8 years. Got a promotion to be OC for Giants and is now their HC. Why can't we do that? Capers is the hired gun DC of the Packers. He is a defensive genius. Illustrating how the Giants got a coach who took a team that stunk 2 years ago to playoffs. The Packers have an offensive expert HCing and basically hired a real defensive expert. The Giants are doing the same thing. Issue with the Jets is that we don't have any experts. The Jets biggest problem is organization, leadership and coaching-not necessarily players. Guy shows up when it counts. Never seen a player so underrated and over rated by his own fan base at the same time.
