Vudu
The Yanklees need a younger stronger arm. Johnny sucks as an outfielder at this point. Yanks wont resign him, they'll go get that Halladay guy from the A;s.

Otter
what about nady? This is a contract year for Nady too. I like Damon, but we should only resign him at the right price.
rillo
I really hope they don't resign Damon, playing good this year but its for a contract IMO. Yanks need to get younger....
PFSIKH
My guess is that he's juicing with A-Roid Yup.
JonEJet
Damon is the best player on the team right now As far as roids.....who knows, but you'd have to assume he's juicing At this point all players are guilty until proven innocent
The Gun Of Bavaria
Damon to the Tigers next year i'm pretty sure......
Guido Monzino
Damon should only come back if he agrees to take a 1 year deal.
DaBrick Wall
Damon should only come back if he agrees to take a 1 year deal. Agreed. I'd sign him for 2, nothing more. And, remember, it's still May. He may be the hottest hitter on the team right now, but there are 4 months of baseball left. Let's see how he finishes out the season before anything happens. mbn007
Damon should only come back if he agrees to take a 1 year deal. 1 year, plus a vesting option based on certain goals/levels of performance. I know that Baseball does not allow a guarantee to kick in based on pure stats (if you hit 25 HRs, the option year becomes vested), but something along the lines of playing time, games active, etc. No to Matsui though. We need the DH slot for Posada and others.

The yankees have more KNOWN transgressions. The number of actual roidheads is probably much closer.
