I personally think i28 defended himself in a townie way. I would not feel good lynching him as the other two. Vicious's reactions to the pressure were less convincing to me. He has had a reasonable amount of suspicious behavior, so i wouldn't exactly stop his lynch if i had the power to do so.

Avm's overall gameplay so far is where i still feel most comfortable. The long post he gave is making me doubt it a bit, but i consider the overall case more than a few individual posts.

Bottom line is avm is still my vote for now but i wouldn't be outrage if vicious got lynched instead.

I too have felt no suspicion towards I128. His play is sporadic and he really got excited about his case on Vic. Like I said before it's a good case but I plays alot with Vic and watched him just play mafia last game and it's like night and day. He was absolutely manipulative and played hlepful town person and whacked the town. He even outed a power role and got him voted for. So is it possible Vic is scum again and decided to throw caution into the wind and just wing it? Rather than perform exactly like last game? Maybe a gambit? I128 would be implicated possibly then but thats not likely IMHFO.

I dont think so. SLats, I think it was Slats maybe a couple others that suggested a small culty mafia. Its ability to recruit or in this case assimilate and take over is potentially really dangerous. So with a small team why put a guy out their like that? In my experience usually in these cases the cults picks are not guranteed at night. Pissed me and Boopsie the **** off one game. God CVTM sucked balls that game. But I digress. This is what I got on this.

My vote is AVM and mainly because his play has been non-commital and sorta wishy washy, not wanting to step on toes. He used those intetioning lessening words that always seem sneaky slimy scummy. But as was said before his long last ditck p[ost was good. But even if scum it would be good. Hard to say.

My vote is on him because thats where it makes the most sense. I'll admit Im not as sold as Id like to be. But for know I sit. Though I love him and he's always nice to Crusher I could vote for Vic to avoid a no lynch or whatever happnes.

Also it seems the small mafia group is very possible and may be why day 1 could have lasted till pre-season.

Thats my thoughts. Im off to Baby Crushers intramural football and then to dinner where I feel free like Kate Winslet on the fron of a doomed ocean liner.

Be back tonight.

So this is my thought process on Vic. Hard to swallow (oh

Chilean thundercat)but I guess mildly plausible.

Im running late and I hit freakin submit instead of preview. Up above on AVM its last ditch post. Not last dick post. That would be a guy who just ran out of Viagra.

FYI I'm back for the time being. Seems like we'll have a lot of people signing off for the weekend. Like I said if anyone has got a question about my play I'll answer the best I can. I already said I28 is still amongst those I'm suspicious of and would change my vote if the town is leaning that way. I'm not gonna do the emo self-vote so that's out of the question.

I'll be honest, the thing that struck me most wasn't as much the things you got questioned on, but your reaction. The jumping around was a little overdone, but nothing we haven't seen from people on day one before. The difference is, it honestly felt like you were trying to just brush off the questions a little too much as completely irrelevant and just move on. More often than not, unless they get really trapped scum are going to try not to get into big debates about their actions, and that's the kind of vibe I was getting there.

JVoR isn't going anywhere today and honestly I feel pretty much the same way about both you and AVM, some things I found questionable but nothing overly concrete. The only other real option at this point is I28, and I'm just not with that one at all. To me it looks like he's getting hammered on for one early action and every time he answers a question there's someone else saying why that makes him more suspect. Maybe its just because I was in those same shoes day one last game, but I'm not convinced at all. But that said, we have to pick a direction and that's how my vote landed where it did.

Ok, I'd prefer to vote for AVM or Vic.. fwiw

and ftr I'd prefer to vote I28...

now that that's settled when is SMC going to impose this deadline and the details of what happens if we don't come to a consensus?

I'll be honest- I think you're misconstruing my posts. I'm merely playing more like my actual normal self. People are accustomed to me absolutely flipping out about things. That's not really me in real life anymore, thanks to lots of things.

I thought I answered the questions head-on, and was not dismissive of them. I feel like the first dismissive thing I said was recently calling it a "silly case".

People will perceive what they want in this game. That's why I'm not sitting here trying to fight like crazy in convincing everyone that OMG YOU'RE SO DUMB. You're not, it's your choice to vote whoever the hell you want. I've tried to explain my votes and actions succinctly.

I've also giving detailed explanations on why I think I28 and AVM are prime suspects, though more or less on I28 because truthfully Dan X really outlined it best for AVM. I won't lie, I feel that because I'm not a big name like some of the other guys in here my posts often get over-read or skimmed because perhaps people don't think I'm a solid player or something.

Anyways, like I said if you have questions ask me. I'll keep answering them and if it's not enough then so be it.

Alright, I'm gonna make it easy on someone. I'm pretty confident we're lynching town no matter which way we go here.

The more I think about the idea of a small mafia team, the more AVM's style of play as mafia makes sense. The fact that we're having such a tough time coming to a consensus could easily be the fact that there's only two mafioso to manipulate the rest of us. Dan X (where did she go?) laid the case out very well. AVM's really gone out of his way to be very non-committal, non-confrontational. I was swayed by his defense -which could very well be legit- but I'm over being swayed by defenses now. I'm sure we could all come up with a good defense post. Of the current the options, I think the best case lies there.

Vic and AVM both seem resigned to getting axed, but I just like the case against AVM better. I28 definitely wants to keep playing. I get something of a town vibe from him, but his tendency to stick on one guy hurts him. I'm sure he'll come out firing on Vic if they're both here next day phase. It almost does him (and maybe the town, too) a favor to take out Vic, but I just can't go that way right now. So...

unvote

vote: AVM

I believe that puts him at L-1... ?

I'm outta here as soon as I finish this cup of coffee. :coff: I rock hard.

Lol, I want to keep playing, I just don't feel like theres anything I can say at this point. I played bad, didn't go on the offensive enough early on. Aside from last game, thats usually my M.O...but it's going to cost me this time. I get it. There's no good case on anyone else, so me not wanting to step on toes is the best to go with. It's not that I don't want to play...I just know when my time is up. In my experience in mafia, whenever I get to L-2, no matter what my role, I've never been able to convince others to jump off my train. Roled townie, and I revealed, didnt matter. Roleless townie, no reveal, begging to stay in...lynched. Roleless townie, no reveal, trying to stay calm...lynched. And now, roleless townie, no reveal, admitting I've got nothing to give...I'm at L-1. I guess that's just one thing I don't know how to do, lol. Get myself off the chopping block.

I think the first two scenarios you were in crazy setups that got to you, atleast the first one, where nobody beleived you against EY. This game there just isn't a good case on anyone. Sometimes it helps to have a douchetard like klecko in the game to lynch on day 1 :D..

I'm not hammering... The fact that the first vote on AVM is by the person I think should be lynched today only solidifies that position.

I'm sure someone will be along shortly to put you out of your misery.

Yeah -- I mean I said early in this one that this was going to be a tough game. A lot of vets, and you got to play your A game. I brought my C game for day one, so I pretty much put myself in this position. In a case like this, you have to A) go with someone the most scummy appearing, especially if he/she doesnt power role claim, and B) go with who will give you the most info by lynching. Either way, what happens happens. I'd love to figure this thing out if something crazy happens though

I'm getting ready to leave work now, gonna hit the gym and then it's my usual nightly stuff. If I can get on before 8 PST I will but may not be on before that. I'm sure the game will remain inactive for the most part now that it's the weekend. Enjoy the weekend.

I won't put a self-vote hammer down, either.

Can't speak for everyone but it seems like it's because lynches happen Fridays and people are lazy about putting in their night actions so we can't start a new day... If that's avoided I'll be around.. it got cold out again and the Masters is on anyway.

Saturday I'll be crazy busy and wont' be on until late. Sunday I'm taking my son to his first swim lesson and should be on outside of that. Well, I'm off now, finishing up my shake and hitting the gym. Be back later.

Hi, I'm sorry about being gone all day! A bunch of unexpected things cropped up today ... boo. I'll need about an hour to settle in for the night and read everything. Unvote: AVM for the moment. When I'm done reading, I'll vote again.

Either hes dumb, very patient or not scum

You forgot scared that when he drops the hammer and AVM is shown to be innocent town he gets put in the crosshairs for tomorrow. I'm not saying that's fact but there's just as much of a chance of that as the above.

This. Though at this point, I don't think anyone would have been blamed for dropping the hammer. I'm off to a movie with some friends, I'll check back in when it's done.

The more I think about it how do you not hammer there?

We've already been threatened with hard deadline tonight and it's either him or AVM? Smells like someone doesn't want to be a part of lynching an innocent... before you say my name isn't on there either it most certainly would be if it was me or him. This game is weird.

That's the patient part i spoke about.... if he's scum i'm sure they are all antsy for someone to hammer avm.. He could easily do it and play it off as self preservation

Hehe, not anymore. :D Sorry, but I have to vote: AVM again. Of the three candidates, I still feel the strongest about you. Your posts today sound sincere, so I'm definitely second-guessing myself, but I would expect nothing less of a great performance from you if you were scum.

I hope you at least take it as a compliment that I've been feeling uneasy about you the whole game. ;)
