Oniel Cousins (concussion), practicing fully this week, is the presumed starter at right tackle. Though the Ravens staff seems high on him, Cousins struggled at times when pressed into action last year. Rex Ryan will be gunning for him Monday night. He was never going to be on the active roster right away. Even if he was drafted by the Chiefs or Rams that's probably true. He's got alot of work to do, but it's rare that giant DTs come in and become impact players anyway...and Cody wasn't considered that caliber. There's no team that is more patient with young players than the Ravens...and Cody's upside is ridiculous enough that they'll keep him around until he absolutely bombs.
