#27TheDominator
I don't get it. If the trade is conditional why wait and void it? Don't you just cut him the day before the season and keep your pick?

Don't you just cut him the day before the season and keep your pick? it depends on the conditions. let's say the Panthers get a 7th at worst and if Otah starts, that turns into a 4th. You don't want to lose the 7th. And also let's keep in mind he can't practice, he can't play he's just occupying a roster spot for no reason. In that case the condition would have to be no pick.
Sperm Edwards
The reports I read made it seem like 7th was the best. In that case the condition would have to be no pick. I read it as it was a 7th rounder conditional upon passing a physical within the week.
Bleedin Green
I read it as it was a 7th rounder conditional upon passing a physical within the week. Yeah, it was definitely vague at first, but once the condition of the physical came out that's what it certainly seemed to be.
