Yeah, there's too much competition for a similar skill set for him to make roster this year, IMO. Namely, Zach Rogers.

flgreen
LOL That really is an odd pic. Clearly Sanchez is holding out a pair of cleats for Winslow to pick up, and Winslow has another pair in his left hand. If he were a rookie I would think it was some kind of hazing, but ya can't haze an 8 year vet. Got to be a joke of some kind. Love to know what it's all about. Maybe a bet? flgreen
Sanchez hears boos after throwing first pick of Jets camp By BRIAN COSTELLO Posted: 4:43 PM, July 29, 2013 CORTLAND – The boos and groans from the small training camp crowd came instantly. Mark Sanchez threw an interception in team drills and the “same old Sanchez” comments came down from the stands. It was Sanchez’s first interception during team drills in Jets camp. Linebacker Josh Mauga picked off a ball Sanchez threw behind his intended receiver. Rookie Geno Smith has not thrown an interception in team drills or 7-on-7s yet. Smith went 5-for-10 with two drops a touchdown and two sacks Monday. Sanchez was 3-for-6 with the interception and a sack. Smith struggled throwing screen passes, having two batted back in his face by linebacker Calvin Pace. He actually caught one of the batted balls and ran with it. Smith made a pretty throw to Stephen Hill in 7-on-7s and threw his touchdown on a short rollout pass to Jeremy Kerley. ** The defensive line is not only talented, they are chatty. During a one-on-one drill between offensive and defensive linemen, the defenders were talking trash nearly the entire time. The best line came from Muhammad Wilkerson to rookie Will Campbell, “you’re not at Michigan anymore, rook.” The only time the noise stopped came when Nick Mangold was the offensive lineman doing the blocking. He shut down the defender he was facing and shut up the chorus. That’s respect. ** Guards Willie Colon and Stephen Peterman switched sides Monday with Colon playing right guard and Peterman lining up on the left side … Both Nick Folk and Billy Cundiff were a perfect 3-for-3 on field goals. Cundiff hit a 53-yarder in a hurry-up drill. … RB Chris Ivory participated in positional drills after missing the first three days with hamstring tightness. … WRs Jordan White, Joseph Collins and Marcus Davis did not practice. … Vidal Hazelton and Ben Obamanu have benefited from the thin wide receiving corps, getting a lot of reps. … Undrafted rookie tight end Chris Pantale saw some first-team reps. … Rookie fullback Tommy Bohanon drew the wrath of the coaches for lining up wrong. … The WRs and TEs had a bunch of drops. Hazelton, Kerley, Jeff Cumberland and Hayden Smith all put the ball on the ground. … RB John Griffin is getting a lot of chances with Ivory and Mike Goodson not on the field. Ryan praised a cut he made in a 9-on-7 running drill. … DT Tevita Finau knocked OT J.B. Shugarts to the ground on one play, an impressive display of power. … DL Antonio Garay and Kenrick Ellis both had sacks.
