Notes:

This accounts for rise in Salary Cap for NFL which will happen in near future. Get younger and faster at the ILB and OLB positions. Complete overhaul. Add another playmaker to an already impressive unit in Kevin White, Eric Decker, Percy Harvin, and Jeremy Kerley. Expect Diggs to compete Walls and Williams for playing time at the corner spot. With Jackson, Marcus Williams, Walls and a healthy Milliner and McDougle adding Diggs gives us some good depth and competition. Move Pryor into the box where he belongs and place Rahim Moore as starter for FS role. Our front 7 looks much stronger, faster, and younger with these additions. Quarterback position gets more depth and competition. CJ Spiller already said he would love to play here under Chan.
