When someone ends their post with "the pats suck," it usually means they are *very* scared of us. HINT: Don't do that, you give yourself away!

Why would people not be afraid of the Superbowl champs?

That is not the question.  The question is not are we Jets fans are afraid we may lose to your team.  The question is are Patriots fans scared they might lose to us?

What say you FB? Are your Depends 100% dry?

It's going to be a good game. It will be the toughest game each team has played all year. I'm all in for the Patriots.

Can't wait until the day some brilliant DC schemes a way to stop the quick hit short passing attack. That'll be the day Brady and Bellicheat begin to fade away like old paint.

You have to have the horses, I'm hoping we do. That ridiculous short passing offense is a perfect example of the pussification of NFL football. Of course Belichick has figured out what the league "won't do".

They won't call all holding on the Oline or all of the pick plays they run continuously, or all of the blocking they do before Brady gets rid of the ball.Think about it, 80% of Bradys throws are One to ten yards yet they are the #1 offense in the NFL. How does that make any sense? The entire offense is based on exploiting the fact defenders can't touch anyone anymore or blow people up like they use to & they have the best QB maybe ever pulling the trigger.

We're going to find out a lot about Todd Bowles creativity today. Pats are always dictating. We might see a change today & with Chan Gailey calling plays our offense might DICTATE the game.

Freestater used to start one of these threads every year. He might sue for copyright © infringement ?

well okee dokee then.

just so ya know, when JI was still a thing, I used to start a pats suck! thread every game week before the pats games. It was kinda like a tradition.

You shouldnt be slacking then ;-)

Oh and I hate the Patriots, like a lot.  Really really dont like them.  At all.  Wish bad things for them, really bad things.  They are the scum of the earth and have ruined everything that is pure about Football.  I'd like for them to pay for that one day because they deserve misery, shame and suffering.

**** that Pats those scummy cheating pieces of sh*t.

So have the Pats stopped cheating yet do you think FB?

Look guys, is BB a choir boy? No. I own spygate. Whatever deflategate was, I own it. Contrary to what some here might think, I am 100% OK with the flack the Patriots get as a team. They have done things that they shouldn't have. If you ever ventured into the Colts forum, you would see that I was there after deflategate broke, and I was fine with Brady's suspension and Kraft's fine. Something happened I think to those balls. The problem is, I don't know what. Some people *think* they know for sure, so be it. Again, on the Colts forum, I said If this was found to be an organizational thing (deflategate), and they did this again to the fans, I'd kick my SB balls over the fence at Gillette Stadium.

To your question, have they stopped cheating. I hoped they stopped doing things that push the envelope so far, and yes, if they do things that actually constitute as cheating. I hoped they have stopped, and with their track record, I think that's a pretty good certainty they have stopped. So yes, I think they stopped cheating.

There are some Patriots fans who will never admit to any wrongdoing and even bask in the glory of it. That's not me. I will never try to talk anyone out of the mindset that the Patriots are cheaters. If the glove fits, etc. But when I hear "oh, the cheaters won again. Look at those cheats with their pick plays, with their deception..." I mean, when you use cheating as an excuse to losing or hedge your bets on it as a reason you could lose, that's when I get testy.

There are a lot of things I don't like about Brady (like the strange stuff he says about health, and the quack health guru he is in bed with), but I don't look to him for politics, religion, science, etc. For me, he's the best QB I've ever had in my org. and he does what he's (under)paid to do.

As an aside, I went to spring training this year with my father, and I got seats right on the field. So after the game Brady comes down, with his police escort no less, and I have my SB49 football. I literally have the thing in his face, I mean if I push any closer, the cop beats me down. Like a good politician, he just continued to smile and signed some dumb stuff. 1. I figure he must have some contract somewhere where he can't sign authentic stuff because he does that for whomever, but 2. He was mostly signing for kids, which is fine. I rather a kid get something signed and have that memory. I was lucky enough to get Curtis Martin to sign my Patriots helmet back in 1997, so I know that can be a great thing to do if you are younger.

To end this post, this game is nothing personal against the NY fans. I'm a fan. I love my team, and I respect any other fan who love their team. I get worked up during the week, and as I said, when I see read about how bad my team is, which I know in reality to be quite the contrary, I get testy. But game day is here and I'm ready for the teams to fight it out.

I know this is a cool story bro, and all.... lol, but I just want to say good luck and the team that goes out there and plays their heart out will win. Nobody is going to cheat out there today (I HOPE) and guys are basically going to get hit in the mouth and be forced to compete.

Fair enough.

But now you really do need to get back into character and put your game face on.
