Over the years the Jets have had some teams with good characters guys who just weren't very good at football.  Then they've had some good teams and talents but with poor character, no chemistry and some "me first" attitudes.  I have to say that first time in a long time I feel like the Jets are starting to have a balance of both young talent AND good character/chemistry/leadership.  Hope I'm right because as we've seen with other teams (ex. Eagles) when you have both talent and chemistry you can really make some magic happen.
