I like Andersson and I think his "chippy" skill set is better suited to playoff hockey but he also has some bridges to repair. I am not sure he will have the coaches trust to control himself on the bigger stage.

Carolina plays us good, it's our goalies that have been the difference.

EM31
Even in a regular year the beginning of the Stanley cup playoffs is the very best time of year. It is possible to watch three different games every night and tape some others if you want to do that. Early middle and late games every night for 2-3 weeks and the added bonus of the Rangers in the mix at the beginning. Please sir may I have another?

NBC or the NHL network? I would love the nationally televised option. Saves me a few quid.

BROOKLYN JET
https://www.lohud.com/story/sports/nhl/rangers/2020/06/08/ny-rangers-reopen-training-facility-tuesday-nhl-moves-phase-2/5318301002/ In another small step toward completing the 2019-20 season, the New York Rangers are set to reopen the MSG Training Center this week. Phase 2 of the NHL's "Return To Play" plan officially began Monday, which allows teams to host voluntary small-group activities of six players or fewer at a time. The Rangers are planning to make the ice available at their practice facility in Tarrytown beginning Tuesday. Buy Photo New York Rangers left wing Chris Kreider during practice at the Rangers practice facility in Greenburgh Sept. 15, 2019. (Photo: Seth Harrison/The Journal News) Along with allowing players to skate with no contact, there will be off-ice workouts organized by the team's strength and conditioning staff and rehab treatment for players with injuries. The activities are aimed at easing players back into shape in anticipation of Phase 3, which would include training camps to prepare for the 24-team tournament that was approved last month. Players who elect to participate will remain in the same groups of six or fewer for the duration of Phase 2 to limit potential exposure. They are not permitted to workout or skate at other public facilities. Coaches and hockey operations personnel will be allowed to observe, but not skate. The Rangers are expecting limited initial turnout, with many players still home in Europe, Canada or elsewhere in the United States. The players who live in the tri-state area and have been there for at least two weeks will be the first to join for Phase 2, although they are not required to participate. That includes forwards Artemi Panarin, Chris Kreider and Julien Gauthier and defensemen Adam Fox, Marc Staal and Brendan Smith. Others, such as defenseman Tony DeAngelo, live within feasible driving distance and could make their way to New York soon. But according to NHL protocol, players who are "returning to the Club’s home city by public transportation, including commercial air or rail travel, must serve a 14-day self-quarantine period post-travel before engaging in training activities at their Club’s facility." Many of those players will continue skating and working out on their own until the timetable for Phase 3 comes into focus. Not all NHL teams are planning to open their doors this week. TSN's Darren Dreger reported Monday morning that 16 of the 24 teams "are hoping to open their facilities this week."
