Make Dowell Logains just OC; move Jim Bob Cooter from RB coach to QB coach; and hire Gary Brown as RB coach. The list of RBs who had their best seasons with brown include Jamal Lewis, Peyton Hillis; Trent Richardson (with brown he had his only serviceable season); Demarco Murray; and Zeke Elliot. I’m not sure if Darren McFadden had his best season with Brown when in Dallas, but Brown did coach him to a 1000 yard season when everyone thought he was washed up. It would clearly be an upgrade to the coaching staff as a whole, and if you’re not getting better, you’re getting worse.
