Some Facts About Mac Jones

Just about all the great HC's have had great QBs.

Belichick had TB12.

Bill Walsh had Montana and Young.

Landry had Staubach.

Noll had Bradshaw.

Jimmy Johnson had Aikman.

EXCEPTIONS:

Bill Parcells: Phil Simms was a quality QB but he also won with Jeff Hostetler.  OTOH, he also had BB as his DC and LT leading the defense.

Joe Gibbs: While he's considered to be one of the all-time greats, I still think he might be underrated.  Won 3 SBs with 3 different QBs (Joe Theismann, Doug Williams, Mark Rypien).  He also deserves credit for returning to coaching after years in NASCAR yet still taking the WFT to the playoffs 2x, despite their awful ownership.  I'd still take BB over him but I think Gibbs is right there.

Yes but the media mythologizing Bill Belichick over the past 20 years has gotten way out of control.  You literally have had constant knowitalls on espn for 2+ decades screaming at us that Belichick is the greatest coach in any sport ever

In 8/9 years without Brady he has zero playoff wins.  He's a very good coach but he never dragged guys like Vinny Testaverde or even Mark Sanchez through the playoffs.  And it's not a small sample size at this point.

Not true.

It's his OL, RB's and OC that suck.

Mac is still a good prospect. He’s capable.

The offense is pitiful. Judge and Patricia are a laughing stock of nepotism.

Rhamondre and Harris are excellent.

The WRs are awful. TEs not far behind.

Aside from scheme, the OL us the biggest cause of their offensive issues. It’s really bad.

not to beat a dead horse, but just imagine if a Jets QB was caught like this..

Well, in a sense, this is pretty much what happened with QW earlier in the year, right? In some ways I’m kind of surprised that Zach didn’t pull something like this.
