Youre talking out of what exactly? How do you know what he has left? Because he injured a thumb a year ago? Or his numbers were also affected by poor WR play? The real key to the joke is expecting Garoppolo to stay healthy long enough to win a meaningful # of games. Or that he’s the same Jimmy G who made two starts in a form of this system in 2016. Jimmy doesn't have the great team around him to score points with out throwing a TD.
