Rangers9
There's no chance the Jets will be able to draft Caleb Williams and you don't want this org to make a decision on a top pick as a QB again. As for the combine I tried to watch some of it yesterday the TEs 40 times but too boring to keep watching. Rich Eisen tries to make it interesting but even he can't get much out of it. Boring. Sonny Werblin
Still a big hole at #2 RB and almost all of the UFA are signed. If the Jets don't sign someone like Ezekial Elliot or Clyde Edwards-Halare, they are definitely drafting a RB in round 4 or earlier.
32EBoozer
I’d love to grab ND Estime in 4th. Bruiser, knows how to block & good receiver.
C Mart
Ari Meirov @MySportsUpdate Another change: NFL teams are now allowed to place up to 2 players on IR before rosters go from 90 to 53 and still have those players designated for return during the season. Before this, any player placed on IR during camp would be out for the season. A noteworthy change for roster flexibility.

JoeNamathsFurCoat
Jets have an inordinate number of guys either coming off serious injury or who have sustained serious injuries in the past. Assuming Kinlaw will be a starter, 6 of the 22 offensive and defensive starters have either torn their Achilles or ACLs: Kinlaw, AR, AVT, Chuck Clark, big Mike Williams, Breece That's 27% of their projected starters If Woody is serious about winning, he'll also do something about the awful turf situation in his grey tuna can stadium

I don't know if there is any data showing Met Life any worse than other turf stadiums or compared to grass
ARodJetsFan
Mekhi Becton visited with the Bengals a while back, but didn't sign apparently. I thought he had.
Popular Post Tony The Wiz
We need a young QB in the Draft. I like Pratt. Rattler, or Jordan Travis. All 3 have played in big games and tough conferences. But there are two QBS that intrigue me. And that is John Rhhys Plumlee out of Central Florida and especially Jason Bean out of Kansas. Plumlee was also a college baseball player and he has an abundance of athleticism and Jason Bean beat Oklahoma and he is as quick as Mahomes. He had the fastest time at the combine. And he has an excellent arm. Obviously he played in the same conference as Mahomes. But he is one inch shorter.

Sonny Werblin
A few years back I remember an announcer saying that incredibly the Packers only had 2 or 3 guys on their roster who had every played for another organization. All of the other players on the roster was either a Packer Draft Pick or Undrafted Free Agent Signing. Where do the Jets stand in that regard? Sonny Werblin
Quote 99 Will McDonald IV Edge 6-3 241 Iowa St. 11 Jermaine Johnson DE / LB 6-5 252 Florida State I don't think JJ's weight is accurate. I believe he is 262 lbs. I only say this because if he was 252 lbs at 6'5" than WMD's 241 lbs at 6'3" would not relegate him to a situational pass rusher who is too light to set the edge (something JJ does very well). Anyway, I am looking forward to see if WMD has been able to add muscle weight and maintain his speed, athleticism and flexibility.
ARodJetsFan
@Sarge4Tide Just stumbled across this: LB Sam Eguavoen Re-Signs with Jets (newyorkjets.com) So, Sam Eguavoen can be removed from the URFA list, he's a Jet again - for now.
