Smizzy
November 13, 2006 10:52 AM ET Falcons: Abraham out up to four weeks The News Falcons defensive end John Abraham will miss three or four more games due to the abdominal surgery he had in late October, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He might return to practice in three weeks and will need additional time to get back in game shape. Our View This is a tough one for IDP owners. Abraham has been dominant when healthy, but he will likely be sidelined for the remainder of the fantasy regular season. Stash him on your bench for the playoffs if you have room on your roster. LMAO.

Green DNA
To think that we essentially traded him for Mangold gives me a familiar tingling in my loins. I think a chubby is on the way.
raffyD
Btw, we got a first round pick/potential 10 year starter for this guy, HOLY CRAP! That, in and of itself, would be enough to say the team is headed in the right direction. Btw, how did our pass rush look yesterday w/o abe? Proper scheming within the 3-4 can absolutely destroy a team, especially its QB.

serphnx
haha how much has he played this year? 1 1/4 games? Sure he was great that one game, what were his states, like 2 forced fumbles and 2 sacks? But I don't see how he's a pro bowler when those are his season stats. Bugg
"Falcons: Abraham out up to four weeks" Thanks for nothing Mr. Obvious. The sky is blue. Sun expected to rise. Fish live in water. Coffee is a common breakfast beverage.
jetophile
Substitute Abraham's "Abs of Glass" in Blondie's "Heart of Glass". Lip synch. It works perfectly. "Once I had a love, and it was a gas Soon turned out, had abs of glass Seemed like the real thing, only to find Mucho mistrust, love's gone behind"
