SoFlaJets Posted October 14, 2007 Share Posted October 14, 2007 NOBODY has been held accountable yet this lost season-not Chad, not Sutton, not Brian Schottenheimer-no one has been benched on either side of the ball-Justin McCairens has been demoted one slot-that's it. Any other coach in this league would have made some changes-not Mangini though, he insists that it's every one's fault and not one single player's. Chad Pennington should have been benched LAST week but for some unknown reason he'll be under center again when the Bengals destroy us next week and we're 1-6. I just don't get it... Why are you complaining about the guy not throwing people under the bus? Mangini isn't somebody to go running to the press about every little slight or infraction. I can appreciate you wanting changes, but the fact that he tells the press it's everybody's fault and not singling anybody out is admirable and un-Herm-like. It would appear that the Penguin is satisfied with the potential to have puss arm mount some drives against horsebleep defenses. He can barely do that anymore. Despite horrific tackling and inconsistent FG kicking we would still have a winning record had we simply received just average QB play. Chad has simply fell off dramatically and our play calling is way too predictable......in fact it's worse than when we could call out Hackett's plays in advance.
