124 Posted September 7, 2008 Share Posted September 7, 2008 I'm watching the live two hour pregame show on NFL Network "NFL GameDay" and Marshall Faulk just said that he believes the Jets will take the AFC East away from the "hungover" New England Patriots. The Jets can't control how hungover the Pats are (and they will come back to life this year) but the National Media is sleeping on the Jets a bit. After a 2 and 1 start they will wake up. Irish Jet Posted September 7, 2008 Share Posted September 7, 2008 I like Faulk but he is incredibly, incredibly biased against the Pats and has been since Spygate. Not that I blame him. I can't see any way in which we win the East this season, would love it but it's unlikely. The Pats are just too good and barring an injury to Brady, they'll continue to be too good for us IMHO.
