Tannenbaums biggest mistakes were the large contracts and not filling needed holes on the O-Line and WR when this team was very close 4 years ago. I know the 49ers are happy with him this year. Maybe he will learn from his mistakes. I dont hold Cleveland against him. Even there though, he got them talent - but either coaching or other things got the best of him. Cleveland sucks though, no succeeds there for one reason or another.
