Rex haunts us too and hes still here go figure.

Tannenbaums biggest mistakes were the large contracts and not filling needed holes on the O-Line and WR when this team was very close 4 years ago. The rest lies squarely on Rex's shoulders and his crappy coaching staff.

He's with the Niners. Not a good coach though.

Yeah, he was like the youngest coach in the league when he was here, or one of. I know the 49ers are happy with him this year. Maybe he will learn from his mistakes. I dont hold Cleveland against him. Even there though, he got them talent - but either coaching or other things got the best of him. Cleveland sucks though, no succeeds there for one reason or another.

The common thread with all this GM and Head Coach fail is that every one of them has been a first-timer.

Sometimes experience is a good thing. Bellicheck had to fail before becoming legend. (Cue: cheaters flaming)

Kerleys a decent slot guy that could be a #3 on many NFL teams...

I know what Kerley is, but the fact remains that decent = JAG = not known by fans of most teams = a nobody.

He's a nobody.

Like the rest of this putrid roster.
